- The Niagara Industrial Airpark is located in the Town of Niagara and is adjacent to the Niagara Falls International Airport and the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station.
- The site is accessible off Porter Road (Route 182) and is within 1⁄4 mile of interchange 22 of the I-190 of the New York State Thruway. It is also within three miles of the Lewiston-Queenston International Commercial Bridge that connects the U.S. with the QEW Highway in Ontario.
- The site is 4 miles from the world-renowned Niagara Falls, 20 miles north of the City of Buffalo, and 90 miles south of Toronto, via highway.

- The adjacent Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station is home of the 914th Tactical Airlift Wing of the U.S. Air Force Reserve and the 107th Air Refueling Group of the New York State Air National Guard.
