The Town of Lockport Industrial Park consists of 515 acres. Of the 203 fully improved acres, approximately 151 acres are currently available for sale.

The Lockport Industrial Park is owned by the Town of Lockport Industrial Development Agency, which is able to facilitate the site plan approval process as well as the sale of reasonably priced industrial-zoned land. The Industrial Park is a certified “Build Now – New York” site, and it already houses 13 diverse small and medium size employers, which account for approximately 200 jobs. The Industrial Park has good accessibility, with CSX rail service available to the Park, and being located within 9 miles of the Interstate, 20 miles from the international bridges to Canada, and 15 miles to Niagara Falls International Airport.
