Why Niagara County?
Reason #1: Strategic Location
Niagara County is a world-renowned address. It is a thriving and lively bi-national region that is home to two million people. For well over 200 years, the region has been an important point of commerce between the United States and Canada. In addition, Niagara is located in the middle of the Chicago to Atlantic Coast Trade Corridor and is ideally positioned between two major world financial capitals: Toronto and New York City. This strategic location has made Niagara a region of opportunity and enterprise.
Reason #2: Quality of Life
Beyond its geography, Niagara County also offers many quality of life assets, including affordable housing, a wide range of educational opportunities, and the beauty of the four seasons.
Reason #3: Plenty to See & Do
Niagara County is home to one of the seven Natural Wonders of the World and boasts more than 75 lakes, including two of the five Great Lakes: Lake Erie and Lake Ontario, connected by the Niagara River. Niagara also has a tremendous variety of sporting and recreational activities that take full advantage of all four seasons. In addition, the area is endowed with a large array of cultural amenities, including significant works of architecture, world-class theater, music, dance and art museums.
The Niagara region offers big-town opportunities with the benefits of a small-town atmosphere. All in all, it's a great place to live and to do business.
