I guess we decided to locate in Niagara County because you actually wanted us!  The bigger counties don't make any effort to listen to you and help you because they have lots of other fish to fry.  The practicalities of locating here were ease of access to major throughfares and a more reasonable cost base with respect to wages and services.  Also the work force is of a higher quality than what you might find in Buffalo.
