The Niagara Industrial Airpark is located in the Town of Niagara and is adjacent to the Niagara Falls International Airport and the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station.
The site is accessible off Porter Road (Route 182) and is within ¼ mile of interchange 22 of the I-190 of the New York State Thruway. It is also within three miles of the Lewiston-Queenston International Commercial Bridge that connects the U.S. with the QEW Highway in Ontario. The adjacent Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station is home of the 914th Tactical Airlift Wing of the U.S. Air Force Reserve and the 107th Air Refueling Group of the New York State Air National Guard.
The site is an irregularly shaped parcel of 217 acres. It is shovel-ready for development and zoned for commercial / industrial uses.
It has access to all utilities including sewer, water, electricity and natural gas.
