The Town of Lockport Industrial Park consists of 515 gross acres. Of the 203 fully improved acres, approximately 151 acres are currently available. In addition to this property, and immediately adjacent, are another 1150 acres of industrially zoned property for future expansion of the park.
The park is fully accessible to all major metropolitan areas of the Northern seaboard and Canada via vehicular, rail and air transportation. The New York State Thruway system, Canadian expressway systems and the Niagara Falls International Airport and the Buffalo Niagara International Airport are all within easy and timely access. The Park is also located on a CSX rail spur.
